Refund Policy
At BearingLight, time, preparation, and resources are carefully allocated to every client and purchase. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
1. Appointments & Support Sessions
Refunds are not usually provided for missed appointments or late cancellations. If you cancel within the notice period stated in the Booking Policy, your session may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time. Where rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be considered at discretion.
If BearingLight needs to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
2. Group Classes & Courses
For multi-session classes, workshops, or courses:

Refunds are not available once the programme has started.

If you cancel before the start date, a partial refund may be offered, minus any administrative or booking fees.

Missed sessions are non-refundable. Recordings or materials may be provided where available, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Digital Products & Online Resources
All digital products (including audio recordings, courses and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required under UK consumer law. Digital products cannot be returned.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, reasonable support will be provided to help resolve the issue.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests relating to serious illness or significant unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting information may be requested where appropriate.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
