Services Provided: Perinatal education, breastfeeding support, antenatal/postnatal classes, wellbeing support, and digital resources including audio meditations and educational materials.
Delivery: Online and remote services (UK-based business)
By booking a service or purchasing a digital resource, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
All services provided are educational, informational, and supportive in nature. They are designed to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and informed decision-making during the perinatal period.
Services do not constitute medical, midwifery, psychological, or clinical care, and do not replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a GP, midwife, health visitor, therapist, or other healthcare professional.
You remain responsible for seeking appropriate medical care where needed.
2. Eligibility
Services are intended for individuals aged 18 or over. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Prices are subject to change but will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Support Sessions / Classes

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance (you choose your window).

Late cancellations may be charged in full.

If you are unwell or there are exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, audio resources and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required under UK consumer law.
5. Online Sessions
You are responsible for:

Using secure devices
The business is not liable for technical issues outside its control.
6. Scope of Support
If concerns arise that fall outside the scope of educational and wellbeing support, you may be advised to seek help from a qualified healthcare provider. The business reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate referrals are required.

Unauthorised use may result in action being taken.
9. Limitation of Liability
While care is taken to provide accurate, evidence-informed information, the business is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of services or resources. Decisions about care remain your responsibility in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
10. Wellbeing Resources
Meditations, affirmations, and emotional wellbeing materials are supportive tools only and are not a substitute for therapy or mental health care.
